Late update tonight. I'm updating from Charlenes - we are here celebrating her birthday. It was so nice to see little guy all day today <3
I called Reed for an update on Julia. He said she hasn't thrown up at ALL in over 24 hours, which is the best so far! Her vitals are great. She had PT today, and they did range of motion on her legs, which she hated. She's been much more agitated, and saying 'no' to a lot of things; but they said the agitation would likely increase as she becomes more and more aware. She's still on a small dose of Ativan every day, just to help calm her nerves. They're trying to keep the 'rescue' doses of Ativan at a minimum, to assist with her weaning. The goal is to get her off of everything, but it's a long process.
Labs will be done again tonight to see how her levels are. I think as soon as she recovers her numbers (assuming Gabriel is not snotty), I'll bring him in for a visit. He hasn't seen her in person in over two months!
So, short update tonight, but sharing another sweet video - Julia was VERY opinionated about what she wanted to do with daddy! I think he read books for 2 hours!!
