The Beef and Beer - Fundraiser for Julia Adams and her family is THIS SATURDAY! Feb 23rd from 1pm - 5pm at St. Anthony's Lodge in Downingtown, PA.

Below is  a quick peek at some of the AWESOME gift baskets and raffle prizes that our community has donated for the event -- there are over 125 items, with individual values as high as $800! These are prizes for our guests to win, so we hope you'll come with a cheerful and generous mindset and take home some great things!! All money raised at this event will go directly to Julia's fight against cancer and the tremendous cost of the family's transportation, housing, and alternative medicine bills. #JuliaStrong!

Please check your inbox and junk mail for an email from juliasfightagainstcancer@gmail.com by Laura Kelly (organizer). We are accepting payments by check or PayPal, so make sure you're squared away before the event. We still have some outstanding tickets that need to be paid (these tickets pay for the lunch and one raffle ticket). The payment instructions for reserved unpaid tickets came from "Beef and Beer Fundraiser for Julia Adams". Hard copies of paid tickets will be needed for entry (or just show us on your phone).
 

You can purchase PLENTY of extra raffle tickets at the event. All raffle tickets are just $2 a piece - for the raffle baskets and 50/50. More tickets = more chances to win!

A big shout-out to our friends, who helped locate these generous donations, goes to Brenda Kenny, Jackie Cooper, Ashlee Young, Alethea DiAngelus (Kirkpatrick), Samantha Schneider, Kimberly Bulfaro, Allison Sommers, Anthony Latino, and Laura Kelly. We couldn't have done this without all of your hard work and persistence.
 

Buffet style lunch served at 1:00pm includes, caesar salad, penne pasta, sliced roast beef, and an assortment of bite sized desserts. Soda and tea for non-alcoholic beverages. In addition, for the kids we have chicken fingers, fruit, soft pretzels, water and juice boxes =)

Beer from the kegs are included in your ticket purchase. We will have Yuengling Lager and Miller Lite available. There will also be a cash bar for wine, liquor and cocktail requests. St. Anthony's does not accept any type of credit cards, CASH or CHECK ONLY. ATMs are available in the lodge.
 

Entertainment will be provided by DJ Marty Smith and face painting by artist Julie Wojs.

We're at the limit for the amount of people we can have at this event, but we'll keep you posted if we have any cancellations.
